TXT 48

The TXT 48 is the premier private golf cart that the folks at Ezgo have to offer. MPT 2000 Refresher

For customer support in the food and beverage department Ezgo offers up the MPT 2000 Refresher. Though the name sounds like something from a Terminator movie, this wagon has a lot going for it. Fuel efficiency is probably the only concerns anyone might have with this gas powered mobile fairway lifesaver. The food and beverage departments are outstanding and provide configuration options that will allow the owner to concentrate on specific items that can be carried and distributed. The single stroke motor is an impressive 13 hp with a top speed of just over 13 mph.

MPT 1000

The MPT 1000 is the maintenance vehicle of the fleet. This is more or less a beefier version of the TXT models with better suspicion to deal with a 1,000 lb payload and a nice pick-up style bed in the back for carting whatever you need. In addition to a stronger suspension and more ground clearance this model comes standard with a lower gear ratio for more traction and everything you need to tow, cart and push just about anything you might need to with a cart.

Shuttle 6

For moving guests from point A to B Ezgo has the Shuttle 6. The canopy covers a total of six people, including the driver. This is a solid machine as far as energy efficiency goes and with its sturdy suspension can carry up to nearly 1,200 lbs. This model also comes with the option to go gas powered if desired. This can be an advantage when the cart is going to be in continuous usage for an extended period of time.

Options such as light bars and brush guards can be added by customer request. Ezgo takes pride in being able to accommodate any reasonable customization request. Overall, Ezgo golf carts give the buyer the options they need to be fuel efficient and fill any role that a cart might need to fill.

Freedom RXV

The next step up from the RXV is the Freedom RXV . The freedom comes standard with the same frame and in ivory as well as forest green. The drive train and all the mechanical specs are virtually the same as the stand RXV model. The difference is in the customization potential in the Freedom. With amenities available such as a ball and club washer (OUTSTANDING!) and cooler bracket, this model has the ability to meet the serious recreational golfer’s every need.

EZGO TXT Golf Cart

The EZ go TXT series is probably one of the favorites on the course today. Yes, it’s a classic white color but all other semblance to the club cars ends there. It’s all about the options with EZ Go and they threw a lot of small options into this cart making it stand out like a beauty queen at a mud diving contest. Options on this model include, but are not limited to a permanent or casual tow bar, hi-torque motor axle, cooler and bracket and even a sand rake with holder. The rake and holder part is pretty impressive thinking for those who have to carry one in their bag; what a hassle!

EZGO MPT Series

The MPT series offers power and affordability mixed with personalizing options. The powerful gas fueled 13 hp engine is more than enough to get you to where you need to go on the course while pulling a cart and everything you need for wok that day.

Do EZ Go golf carts make a difference on the course? Absolutely. An EZGo golf cart won’t improve your swing or help you with your handicap, but it will make your time on the course more enjoyable and worthwhile. While this can be said for any golf cart, EZ Go has made it a point to make you want to do it in their carts.

EZ GO ST 4 x 4

In most people’s opinion for all around functionality and power the ST 4×4 might be one of the best models that EZ Go offers. The ST 4×4 can handle it rough and dish it out all day. This model comes with an 18 Hp Honda V-twin engine and lots of room for fuel with a 6.5 gallon tank. It is, of course a 4×4 and 58” bed and 1,500 lb load capacity make t a shoe in for the heavier jobs you might have on the “back 40”.

Ez go ST 350 and 480

The ST 350 and 480 series on the other hand comes with an 11 and 16 Hp 4 cycle engine, respectively. So though it’s lacking the power of the 4×4 model it is more fuel efficient. The bed is a bit smaller at 48” but the load capacity is a lot less at 800 lbs. For the money though, this a smooth ride that is perfect for hauling gardening and light (very light) farm equipment around. Where the 4×4 might be overkill for the smaller jobs, the 350 and 480 models still offer rugged performance at an affordable price.

EZ Go ST Sport

The ST Sport series offers quite a different option to the hardy 4×4, 450 and 350 series. These models are more about getting you there than actually doing something once you have arrived. Think water and getting people to work, rather than hauling things. Most of these models come with a flip-up back seat to allow up to 4 people to ride. All of these models come standard with an 11 Hp 4-cycle engine and 6 gallon tank as well as leaf-Springs w/shocks. The ST 2=2 is the heartier of the series though. This is mostly due to higher ground clearance.

EZ Go’s series of utility vehicles could be broken down into two sub-categories; work and transport. So really it’s a matter of deciding what you will most likely be using your EZ Go Workhorse for. If undecided, just get the straight forward utility model. You can always have someone ride in the bed. Wait, check the manual, I’m pretty sure that is not recommended.

Ezgo TXT

The TXT measures 91 inches in length and 47 inches wide. Customizable options and accessories include heavy duty rear suspension, hour meter, side basket, cleat cleaner, cooler and bracket, tow bar, ash tray, message holder and a number of other options such as weather protection, wheel covers, unique key switch and variable choice of seat colors.

It is made with a welded steel frame and the standard color is Champagne. It is powered by a 36 volt DC battery and has 2.5 horsepower and a pedal start.

RXV

The RXV offers the option of electric or gas power. The gas version has a fuel capacity of 6.2 gallons and the 13 hp engine gives a top speed of 14 miles per hour. Without the batteries it weighs around 700 pounds and has a towing capacity of 3 EZGO Golf carts.
The power source is a 4 cycle 401 cc low emission engine and the battery is a 12 volt maintenance free battery. It has an air cooled cooling system and standard features of the RXV include sweater basket, integrated tee and ball holders amongst others.

Like the TXT it is highly customizable with a range of options such as a sun canopy, divot repair tools, tow bar, hour meter in the gas version, wheel covers, club and ball washer and so on.

The electric version of the RXV is powered by a 48 volt DC battery which produces 4.4 horsepower and a level ground speed of between 8 and 15 miles per hour. The electric version also features a full time regenerative braking system and the gas powered version boasts a Kawasaki engine.

Freedom RXV

The Freedom RXV is based on the RXV platform and is the top of the range model which is equally at home on the golf course or cruising around the neighbourhood.

It offers the choice of electric or gas versions and the electric version is powered by the 48 volt AC battery while the gas version is powered by the 401 cc Kawasaki engine which emits 13 horsepower.
